We maintain a database of collecting interests for each of our members. For a nominal fee (ten-percent of the purchase price charged not to you but to the buyer) we will facilitate selling your item. We will examine and authenticate your piece, provide an appraisal, and suggest the best opportunity to sell it for as much as possible.

If you know - with certainty - that what you wish to sell has only nominal value, under $50, we don't believe we can offer any real assistance. There is just so much of this material that remains available. But have no qualms about contacting us to confirm your suspicions... remember, two small photographs that appear almost identical in appearance can range in value from $50 to $1,000. We will, of course, be glad to help you tell the difference!

In some instances, should the piece be of exceptional value, we would suggest consigning it to one of our national auctions. In 1996 we sold in our first Rail Splitter auction a document for $100,000!

Let us hear from you! Be precise in describing a piece with attention to copyright information, credits, imprints, dimensions, condition (defects/flaws), color or patina, etc. Photographs and photocopies are always helpful.

For those requesting a response by mail, please be certain to include a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
